We believe that when planning out a vacation you should be a little selfish. You deserve to “have it all” when it comes to making the most of your vacation time.
For example, for someone who loves to ski and loves sightseeing, art and history, those things should be included in their vacation plans. When I plan my own family vacations, I try to combine all the things I love into one trip.
The best part of creating a custom itinerary for your vacation is the ability we have to curate and plan around the activities and interests that suit you the best.
Since I love to ski, I include that in my vacations whenever I can. I have been able to go to Venice, Verona and spend 4 days skiing in the Dolomites. I have been able to go to the French Riviera, Milan and Munich but also spent 4 days skiing in Zermatt. I have even been able to visit Santiago and Valparaiso Chile and combine it with skiing 3-4 days in the Andes in the middle of Summer.
When to use Designer Travel
When there are no “out-of-the box” tours that combine the sights and activities you want, we put together a custom itinerary that allows you to do exactly what you want to do. We can combine your favorite activity or interests with amazing tours to your bucket-list destinations. For example, why not combine your love of cycling with time spent on the beaches of the French Riviera? Or go mountain biking in Switzerland combined with a few days in Munich or Paris?

Book a Discovery Call
During our discovery call we determine if we are a good fit for your goals and if a custom itinerary would be the solution. We explain our booking fees and other details of the custom itinerary process.
Complete Travel Survey
Our travel survey was designed to help us know your preferences and needs so we can plan an ideal trip just for you and your party. We may call you again to discuss your unique travel style, must-haves, wish list, and every other important detail that we will need to know so that we can send over a curated travel proposal or two.
We Build Your Itinerary
We research and put an itinerary together where we take all the information gathered on the call and the survey to plan your perfect trip! We put together two slightly different itineraries to discuss with you. We want to give you all the options and give you even more choices.
Make it Yours
Once we have come to an agreement on the proposal approval, you will submit your deposit information so we can make all reservations, deposits, arrangements, and bookings on your behalf. This next step is on you. After approval of the travel proposal you will apply your deposit to lock in all of your travel components and confirm your travel itinerary.
